• Customers can cancel their order within 1 hours of placing it by emailing alosforevercare@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel - order no." & get 50% refund. ( Only Between 10 to 5 from. monday to friday ).
• Refund amount will be credited to the source account.
• Refund processing time is 7 to 14 Working days, and it may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.
• - if Order is not shipped and you want to process the cancellation then 5% or Rs. 6000 ( which ever is higher ) will be deducted From paid amount.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders:
• If the customer requests to cancel the product after shipping, 70% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the source account.
• The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.
Cancellation of Delivered Products:
• If the cancellation is requested after delivery & within 2 hours, 80% of the order value will be charged per product for return and handling charges if a refund to the customer's bank account is desired. Charges may vary depending on the product. Shipping charges will no refunded.
• If the cancellation is requested after delivery's next day then 90% of the order value will be charged.Shipping charges will no refunded.
