  • All devices come with a limited ALOS warranty, which covers hardware malfunction and related issues.
  • Battery health is covered under warranty only in case of a “Mandatory Service Required” message.
  • No warranty on physical or water damage.
  • Once the invoice is generated, the product is non-refundable & non-returnable.
  • Global Product means the product is sourced from outside India.
  • Any dispute related to purchase or sale shall be subject to Guwahati Jurisdiction only.
  • If Company'swarranty is available on the device, ALOS is not responsible for it.
  • Rule 32 R.W.S section 15 of CGST Act, 2017 applies.
  • Tax Amount (Convenience Charge) & Shipping Charge are non-refundable.
