- All Exchange orders will take 14–21 Days to process. If approved by admin & proper unpacking and checking video is provided.
- All devices come without warranty.
- Delivery Time: 7–14 Days.
- All service and support are provided by Authorised Apple Store.
- All devices come with a limited ALOS warranty, which covers hardware malfunction and related issues.
- Battery health is covered under warranty only in case of a “Mandatory Service Required” message.
- No warranty on physical or water damage.
- Once the invoice is generated, the product is non-refundable & non-returnable.
- Global Product means the product is sourced from outside India.
- Any dispute related to purchase or sale shall be subject to Guwahati Jurisdiction only.
- If Company'swarranty is available on the device, ALOS is not responsible for it.
- Rule 32 R.W.S section 15 of CGST Act, 2017 applies.
- Tax Amount (Convenience Charge) & Shipping Charge are non-refundable.
